Changes to the non domestic RHI – What’s changed?

In October 2018 the Government have introduced new policy and some rules have changed for both new and existing participants of the RHI scheme. To join the scheme and continue to receive payments it is important to keep up to date with the scheme rules.

New regulations now allow participants to replace their accredited installation, change the circumstances under which ‘estimated data’ can be submitted and introduce requirements regarding environmental permits.

Contact ECS for further guidance on meeting these requirements or support with replacement plant.
